Three Ways to Work With Us

Whether you're buying,
selling, or trading
the process is the same:
precise, private, documented.

We don't run a high-volume marketplace. Every client gets a single point of contact, a full authentication file, and a transaction record they can verify forever.

Why Calibre & Crown

Three commitments
we make on every
transaction.

01 — Authenticity

Authenticated, end‑to‑end.

Every piece is verified against reference photos, movement marks, paperwork, and serial archives. You receive a documented authentication file with the watch.

02 — Logistics

FedEx overnight, fully insured.

Pieces ship signature-required, overnight, and insured for full declared value. We send tracking the moment the box leaves our hands.

03 — Operator

Trained operator. Documented process.

Trained through the Watch Trading Academy under Pejman Ghadimi. Our process draws on 300+ studied case studies and a network of vetted dealers.

How the Watch Finder Works

A four‑step process,
from brief to box.

Most pieces close within two to six weeks. Some take longer. We don't push placements — we wait for the right watch.

01
Step 01

Submit a brief.

Reference, dial, era, condition tier, budget. The more specific, the better the match.

02
Step 02

We source.

We scan our private dealer network and verified marketplaces. You see only watches we've personally pre‑vetted.

03
Step 03

You approve.

Full photos, paperwork, and authentication file delivered. You confirm before any money moves.

04
Step 04

Insured delivery.

FedEx overnight, signature required, fully insured. Tracking shared in real time.

About the House

A modern trading house
built on old discipline.

Calibre & Crown was founded on a single belief: that the secondary watch market should feel like the watches it trades — precise, considered, quiet.

We are not a marketplace.
We source single pieces
for single clients.

Every transaction gets a documented record — the paperwork, the photographs, the serials, the calls we made to verify it. Watch Trading Academy framework, three hundred case studies studied, a network of vetted dealers across three continents.

No high-volume listings. No wall of stock you'll never see. Just one operator, one piece at a time, and the patience to wait for the right one.

Frequently Asked

What clients
ask first.

Don't see your question? Reach us directly.

How do you authenticate a watch?+
Every piece passes a four-point check: photographic reference comparison, movement caliber inspection, paperwork and warranty card cross-reference, and serial number lookup against brand archives. You receive the full authentication file as a PDF with your watch.
Are you an authorized dealer?+
No. Calibre & Crown is an independent watch trading house. We are not an authorized dealer for any brand mentioned on this site, and we have no affiliation with the brand manufacturers themselves. All pieces sold are pre-owned unless otherwise specified.
How does the Watch Finder pricing work?+
For sourcing, we quote you an all-in price after locating the piece. There are no separate finder's fees, listing fees, or surprise add-ons. You see the watch, you see the price, you decide.
What if I'm not satisfied with the piece?+
Watch Finder pieces require approval from your end before payment, so dissatisfaction is rare. For pieces purchased directly from our inventory, we offer a 5-day inspection window where you can return the watch in identical condition for a full refund less return shipping.
How are payments handled?+
Wire transfer for transactions over $10,000; credit card or wire below. For sales to us, payment lands in your account within one business day of our inspection and acceptance.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. International shipments are arranged through FedEx International Priority with full insurance. Customer is responsible for import duties and any country-specific paperwork. We can advise on the process before you commit.
